It has been another busy and exciting week across the school. A number of our Year 5 and 6 pupils represented us at the ISA Netball Tournament and did an amazing job, successfully reaching the quarter finals. We are incredibly proud of their teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.
On Monday, you may have noticed something a little unusual happening around school — we were overrun with pirates! Year 1 thoroughly enjoyed their pirate-themed day, searching for hidden treasure and taking part in a range of exciting activities that brought their learning to life.
On Thursday, we were treated to a wonderful tea-time music concert. A huge thank you and well done to all the children who performed so confidently. It was a joy to see their hard work showcased and to share the occasion with families.
The cycle of school life never stops, and as we reach the halfway point of the academic year, we begin to look ahead to the next academic year. We were delighted to welcome families to our Reception Ready event today. It was lovely to meet the children who are looking to join Reception in September and to begin this exciting next chapter with them.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Best wishes,
Anna and Paul
